Can anyone recommend a decent web designer? Just needing some advice on some web stuff.

I have a guy in Northern Ireland, neil@neosdesignstudio.co.uk he has just done our new website www.blueskygutters.co.uk he is also doing our SEO and Adwords, nice guy and very accommodating.
