Hi Guys
A couple of weeks ago I cleaned a corner sofa, nothing special (DFS) Thats as much as I can remember! Custy went on Hol that day, she has just returned and said the sofa looks like it was cleaned with dirty water, I'm guessing browning! What would be the best way to deal with this in your opinion, chemicals and method please Im guessing I will only get one shot at correcting this so I would like as much info a possible please
Many thanks in advance
Justin

Acid rinse and dry as quickly as possible. We have had it, though not such a gap between cleaning & finding out, and it fully reversed. one was an undyed linen, saw it happening on the bits the blowers weren't getting to just as I was finishing. the only acid I had on board (in the porty days when we didn't routinely acid rinse) was rust remover - just sploshed a fair bit (no idea about diln rate or acid strength) into the solution tank and re- cleaned, no detergent. The other one I can remember was orange cotton that we got called back to next day, just rinsed with standard TM add rinse.

Use Haitian Cotton Cleaner. Also using this in the first place on white cotton and linen will prevent any problems.

Did you pre vacuum? if not it will be dirty water wicked up. typical area area back of settee where air flows through the sofa. Reclean to fix. ;)
