That AD & gooseneck is just SOOOO wrong Dazza! ;D It even looks awkward!

Get rid & replace with a swivel- you think the Xtreme is a revelation?!!

I'm sorry, but putting a contraption like that on top of an extreme is outrageous. Talk about using a thoroughbred to pull the brewers dray. You should be reported Dazmondo.

You have to "learn" it Daz. It's like going from a conventional squeegee to a wagtail- I've NEVER gone back to a conventional squeegee either. It's a whole new world!! ;)

Aquadapter and gooseneck?

That's like buying a Ferrari and putting a caravan on the back  ;D

today i took my Adapter off my xtreme 18 and fitted the gooseneck with a xtreme brush, after most of the day i fitted it back on and it was like adding a brick onto the end of the pole,

the aqua dapter is a brilliant tap, but its downfall is the weight, even the mk3xl imo should be half the size and weight, looks like they have a sale on i hope that means a new model is coming out!

I'd say it's worse.

A bit like having one of these & putting snow chains on it!! ;D

Take five minutes to master but once you get the hang of it you'll never take it off again for windows.

Exactly  ;D

You can use the same pole for everything from bungalows up to skylights, flick of the wrist and the brush is always flat to the glass and reaches the corners even when upside down. Take it off for gutters and conservatory finials. Never needed a gooseneck for the last six years.

I actually used a long reach, fixed neck this week for a few particular, deep set windows. Man, I can't believe just how much more you have to move your whole body about with a fixed neck!! I felt handicapped by it!!

I like the swivel, but a few weeks a go I stuck carbon gooseneck on, and haven't taken it off since. I like the solid feel of it on the glass compared to then swivel, there are time when it is awkward with the gooseneck, but equally there are times when the swivel isn't suitable.

What we need is a carbon gooseneck swivel that can be locked out. ;D
