when i want to change my mebraines is it worth it or whould i just buy a new ro system colins water on does 450gpd for 160 quid

I brought mr r.o from collins and would always recommend them but to be honest i do think the membranes last as long as they should....
I had 3 150gdp membranes, producing around 1000ltrs a week, flushed every day while filling tank and they only lasted 11/12 months, so ive just brought some from gaps water to see if last longer...

I had a 450 system from Pure freedom and the membranes were shot within six months. Have since fitted t new set pf membranes, changed the restrictor and changed the plumbing around.

the ro is four years old from pure freedom and i have never once flushed it its just started producing 40 from 200 so it needs a change i guess i have been lucky with the system :-) but are you recommending i buy a whole new ro or just the membraines cheers for the help guys, this ro was the first thing i bought wfp and the longest serving thing of any item

I'd just get the membranes buddy, especially if lasted for so long.
You should get the tds down to around 10 from 200 if not less.
Id also plumb them so they all have separate feeds, rather than have the waste from one going to the next (if you havent already)
