I have been looking at programs for account/patroll ect

Has anyone used Sage one accounts ?

Yup cashbook and payroll - Bob plumb uses it as well - simple and cheap !

Yep. Still in early days, but seems far too much faff for window cleaning. >:(

got to say i think its good and easy

solar steve are you inputting all your income individually, lets say to you turn over £5000 a month to 30 different customers  you dont have to input them individually you can just input £5000 for the month and then do your expenses on a individual basis so long as you can show it thru your bank or cash/ cheque receipts
