I have been using hot water fed pole system i also get jobs from an estate agents which a lot of the time involves outside and inside cleaning which i normally price around £25 which will only take 30 min to clean. The books can be seen and i will take the new buyer to meet a few customers i have gained trust with these customers so will ask the new buyer has to be reliable and professional please this can be a massive round due to reputation any questions will be answered right away looking for a quick sale so offers at pure.finish@yahoo.co.uk please

It is all relative, what someone earns in a day . . . . the op has advertised a round, and if you think it is not good enough, then walk away, but there are some who would be happy with that work.
-
not being funny you two but it would be a good start up for someone and you dont how much i want for it and putting things like that doesnt look good its not all about you two so if you dont have anything nice to say dont say it thanks
-
thank you sampson , these guys must earn nearly 5.000 a month ummmmmm lets see how much they earn bet they wont say

You did invite comment buy putting it in the 'window cleaning issues' forum rather than the 'rounds for sale' forum where it should be.

So you two must be on nearly 5000 a month lets find out
-
Why are you obsessed with this £5k per month figure mate????
It's a decent wage but not too difficult to achieve I promise you ;)

Not being funny but what world are you on!
5k a month is verey hard to achieve month in month out!
On paper its all easy but ffs get back to reality!.

it might take you 3 days a week averaging at £110 per day which IS quite low to be honest mate but you might be slow.some of us work 6 or 7 hours "on the glass" a day and do the work in 2 days a week so averaging £150-£170 per day.
so many variables.im not saying you are lying but some people selling rounds say work only takes 4 or 5 hours a day but mean 6 or 7 really.if thats the case then it really would be a poorly paying round.
if its the former then £150-£170 a day is not bad unless you live down south or london area.
is it all cleaned WFP neil?
best wishes
dazmond

Daz you would be surprised mate! A lot of underpriced cleaners down here too! I do big it up quite a lot but only because i have put my all into it! If i stayed with the round i had 10 years ago without putting prices up like many do id be eaning still £7 a house which would be near impossible to earn £200 plus a day!.
Its not all about money either i do it because its an easyife! I spent a year building my 2nd round and weaning out the crap to get out of debt which i did and now i reap the rewards with a good income from minimal work.
Daz i bet all new work you charge £10 min and wish all your work was upto that standared?
im putting my money on you expanding soon as you defo have drive inside you to get big and manage a bigger business and take over the north!.
Bottom line is i agree with dazmond! this round for sale is fairly priced, it wont make you rich but it sure as hell wont make you poor!. I reckon a good catch for someone.

Indeed it would be OK for someone starting out. If it's 12 days x 4 or 5 hours for £1,300 turnover then it's provbably 7-8 full days for £1,300. Now that probably wouldn't be suitable as an add-on for someone established because their daily take should already be more. But it would be a nice kick start if someone has recently been redunded etc.

It's £108 a day... Minus fuel, vehicle costs, insurance, equipment, water etc etc...
So lets say expenses are a modest £15 per working day.
You end up with £93 a day... Then minus tax = £72 in your pocket... It's not much for running your own business.

Yes but add another 2/3 hours of work to each day so your doing a full day and you will be on £170-£200 before expences on those prices which isnt bad at all from where im sitting or have i done something wrong?.

Do you do your own books?!

Do you do your own books?!
Nope. You??
-
No. Not clever enough.
Know it doesn't work how you posted though
-
It was a poor example I know. But just illustrates the fact that you need to deduct ££ from a days turnover.
Andy :)
