When I start my promount it isnt going to full power when the throttle is on full, infact its labouring, It's got fuel LPG it has oil and the dirty water tank is clean so I dont think its a cut off, any ideas ? these machine are as simple as me so I'm hoping its a simple fix.

Have you tried removing air filter to see if there is a difference, if not it could be the regulator.

Check air filter
Check fuel filter

If the above dont work then it could be back pressure from the HX....to check unbolt the exhaust from the HX and run the machine.  If it runs up to speed then have the HX checked for blockages.  Also it could be a problem with the govenor on the engine.

Try running on petrol? Show if its an lpg problem.
Remove vac hose from waste tank, it might be blocked? Sucked a towel up?
Change plugs and air filter.
Plug leads?

The real problem was that the water pump switch was knackered it was an intermittent fault.
