small w f p round for sale , its 37 houses consisting of 23 full houses and 14 fronts all very small terrace houses adds up to 224 pound and is done every four weeks half the customers pay on the day and half need collecting , it can be done in a day I myself bought this round and done first clean last Halloween , and have even been thinking off putting prices up by a pound , it covers 2 roads with one more house just round the corner , these 2 roads are just at the top of my own road , and i will still have 3 roads on the estate myself so no need to worry about any isues with trust , i want 500 pound for it which is about two an a quarters worth the value which [ looking on here ] seems very fair , this round has been going for years an years before i got it , you can pay by cash or cheque [ no instalments ] and no offers , obviously if it doesn't sell i may drop price in future but for now that's the price , its just been cleaned on Thursday so a good 3 an half weeks till next clean , anyone seriously intrested e mail me for more details thanx paul

ste b I never got your e mail , I did get yours ste m , there are 2 people that are in discussion with me at the moment [ nothing defo yet ] but I will have to give them a day or so , ..... ste m yes I can do it in 8 hours easy , but its defo half collecting , that's why im selling cos most of my work is text night before as I hate collecting they all pay , but even though its local I cant be arsed collecting , anyway give it a day or two an I will come back on , I have had a offer to rent it out at 60 pound a month as well but I don't know how that would work out ??? ???

sorry lads now SOLD , I wasn't sure if I had priced it a bit high but I had loads of intrest , wish I had gone a bit higher now but a deals a deal ;D ste b I got your e mail in the end thanx anyway paul
