Dan

When I said ex I was thinking common ground I have a tendency of using it a lot! Foot in the door and all that ;), as for logistics didn’t check out water supply for porty with a TM shouldn’t be a problem.

You’ve got till Oct to get the contract as I will be down there! As a mate wants me to get the barnacles of his boat he can be so pedantic it’s a sailboat. Will say blinding weekend wife and sister in law never ever again and they liked Howards’ way  ??? ;D

Ask for the Estates Manager (02392819385) hopefully I have sown seed for thought
