My unloader valve has decided to start playing up, no real power and surging a bit. Trouble is, no-ones touched the bloody thing so I'm stumped.
Is there anything I can do or is it replacement time for this one?

Wow thats a big picture.. :o ;D
Looks like a Suttner unloader, but im sure Lee Kenny will be along shortly to confirm the make/model.
Unloaders are a consumable, they just wear out over time, so better off replacing it mate. Me and probably a couple of others replace them yearly.
You can service them and replace the internals but why bother when a new one is £30 - £50

Ha! Yeh the photos are a bit too big, but im not sure how to reduce them its off my phone..
Cheers for the info on the valve will get a new one. I just wanted to check it wasnt a 20p bearing before I spent £50 or so!

Its a PA as its made in Italy - Sutner are German. Have you checked the other things like filters before you spend ?

I'd like to thank my agent, my new phone which i cant quite work out, and everyone who supported me in taking the photo lol.
haha, on a serious note thanks for the advice guys, is it a case of just bolting on a new one or do they need adjusting in? - ( Can't beleive how lucky i seem to be if it's lasted me near on 3 years this one!)

Bolt it on. Start it up.Pull the trigger .Undo the locking nut (LEFT HAND THREAD !) Wind down/up the adjusting bolt till it flows only about 10% of what it flows when you let go of the trigger. Tighten up locking nut. Pull rigger a few times to test. This applies only to the "k" series unloader .Which is the one to fit. F**king hell i nearly fell of the page
