Title: anyone made a carbon fibre extendable lance /pole?
Post by: Carl@Cwc on July 19, 2013, 09:53:19 pm
some help appreciated from those that could please?

trying to get a value for money extending lance for fascias and gutter cleaning as well as easily manageable unlike the girraffe poles.

ive got a few carbon poles that i could use to make it work but not sure what bits i need and what nozzle would be the best all rounder for this application.
i saw lee @ blastaways roof cleaning clx and got inspired to creating a versatile , lighter extending lance that i could use .

what are the bits i need please?   hose nozzle, trigger etc etc

For the price Wintecs are selling the Giraffe poles at. I personally don't think it is worth while going to the time and effort of making one up. We usually get 3 years out of ours but saying that. We would have to repair quite often when things start to break.
