I own mine outright but to be honest, if I was paying the mortgage some on here are paying at today's house prices, I don't know how I'd pay it.

Own mine, quite a small mortgage but will be moving to a bigger place with a bigger mortgage in a couple of years due to kids schools and Mrs work etc.

I bought my house from the cardboard box factory outright for cash .

kind of both really!!!! lol

father in law brought the house for us, but we rent it off him! that way he has to do all the house repairs so it don't cost us a penny to put anything right!! lol
