hi, we're selling a fully converted wfp part of our round..

its in a afluent area of Sheffield, Fulwood/Sandygate..

it takes approx £600 a month, lots of potential for growth..

one man can complete this work in less than 3 days..

had this work 2 and a half years and only selling because of travelling time..

looking for £2400..
