Ive just bought it, cleaned my car today and im not happy with it. Head has no suction, turbo brush only works when has loads of air. I feel like im waisted £40 for it... any tips on how to use it? My bs36 has great suction, no tear to the pipe or anything like that...

Put it down to experience. How is that ever going to work?

Sounds like you got what you paid for :'(

ive tried on a stairs today... even worst :/

Mine broke after 5-6 uses!!!
Strange as the hoovers are bullet proof but the turbo brushes are c..p

I've got one, works great with a Felix but rubbish when used with a bs36, it seems like there is not enough air flow for it to work properly.

Put it on the end of a truck mount, it will work then :D

Simon, is there a better option, other than reverting to the crevice tool?

Bought a hand held Dyson to pre vac upholstery and stairs,. Paid £160.00 for it in March, already returned it on once and once again it's playing up again. I broke my own vow never to buy Dyson again (plenty of bad expericences with them). That was a costly mistake, should have just stuck to my sebo attachments. Suppose you can only learn from these things.

Had the turbo brush for a few years now and always use it on stairs, with the addition of the extra long hose (replacement compliments of Paul Moss - AKA Top Bloke) attached to a BS36.
Works a treat, you may have a dud.
Sounds like a turbine when in full flow, never mind a turbo ;D
£40 -Must have seen you coming though........
