Title: a day as your skivvy?
Post by: mark turton on July 12, 2013, 12:57:32 am
hi guys -
on job or observing training request ? in exchange for help on the day
i wondered if anyone would be willing to help me with on job training, using equipment or even observing whilst helping out with what ever you need to perform task.

i have an airflex turbo myself have had training (though not upholstery yet) have been using airflex turbo 3 months. prior to this was a walk behind extractor over 4 years.

interested in residential or commercial carpet cleaning jobs and wanted to improve my knowledge and confidence.
i operate a 10 mile radius from outskirts of colchester to the coast towards clacton and harwich. just so you know im prepared to travel and learn and work with someone outside that area or in it if your not bothered.

thankyou billy,  if ok ill take you up on that unless theres a slightly nearer one. only because trying to avoid an overnight stay cost wise.

saying that during the course of the day would you use a porty and a tm? because i see you have both and that would be really beneficial to see both.

im particularly interested to see steam cleaning in action.

To be honest mark, since I went TM a couple of years ago, I do my best to avoid using a porty!!! Lol I've tried and owned some of the top end porties and I tell you now that they are not the same!

do either of you two use a rotary wand with the tm (like a rotovac)

or do you find with the tm that it exceeds what youd ever need ?

(also are you two gonna get a room...lol )  ;D

Mark,
In most cases there is no need for a rotary with a TM.
