Commercial job  Large complex of 52 luxury self contained apartments.  bi -monthly clean of exterior windows and interior communal area.  Use of 65ft pole for 20% of job.  2 man job 2 vans 1-2 days work.  No idea what to quote

4 man days?
I do a block of flats 54 'luxury self contained' flats 50ft.
Boshed in half a day on my lonesome.
Obviously there's flats and flats...
