A great little machine for their price, sold many of them in previous job, still have one for deep cleaning certain hard floors and will never sell it on.

I use a similar machine a Rotowash, can be used as a stand alone LM machine or use as an agitator for pre spray. If you aint got 1 get 1. ;D

I had one found it too heavy to use as a aggatation machine, although it did give a great scrub to the carpet.

I think they are designed for cleaning hard floors, the manufacture says they clean carpets just to add an extra string to its bow but I would not use it for LMC.

New they are too expensive for what we use them for and you could get something better for less money, but if you can pick one up second hand for a cheap price then go for it

We have used them to maintain office carpets, works very very well. (150 -250 yrds per hour) the production rate is astounding. They claim upto 1100 yrds per hour on hard floors with the 440 model.
miight have one for sale if you're looking (in dam good nick too).

I've got a Multiwash and rotowash both fantastic agitators. Mike, did you mean the Multiwash was too heavy and big, it's far lighter and less cumbersome than using a rotary, the rotowash I agree with.

I have one, however not used it on carpets.
Mostly used on hard floors, wood floors and decking
