Cheers Steve I did suggest that he wait until the end of his rental then get someone in as from the looks of his carpets/walls and what he said to me this boy likes to party so spending too much each time to cover up is going to be crazy but unfortunately some of it it on the ceiling which looks pretty bad.................Alan

Apply a sealant, when this has dried paint it.
