Just a quick one.

Can you apply a tarmac sealent on same day as cleaning or does it need a day to thoroughly dry out?

Most coatings need the tarmac to be completely dry or you will find over time, white marks will appear. Simple answer what does the maunfacturer say  ???

A black surface wont take long to dry out in this heat. Just be aware that the surface you are applying it to can be "very" hot and another set of problems arise as the coatings can fry or not cure properly .Plus they remain soft for days.
