Quite well, I've took today off. Tomorrow, quite badly though. I don't like it too hot.

I occasionally point the wfp brush directly above me and stand under the resulting spray from the fan jets.

I think being fit helps.  I finished work and then ran five miles; then it got a bit hot.

Yep - I read that - it's a brilliant tip. 1.5/2L bottle frozen solid except the top two inches which get filled just before leaving. Bonzer.

Also the van aircon is lovely driving between jobs.

Interesting. My first year I found the really hot days dead hard. Last year there wa no sun! Yesterday and today have been easy really. Hardly a sweat as I worked steadily. I was fittish two years but I am a stone lighter than last year plus I don't drink, plus I am fit and the difference is maked.

I know that if you're fit and go to a hot climate, you'll acclimatise a lot quicker to it if you're fit.

I don't struggle at all when it's hot; factor 50 on, baseball cap on, sunglasses; no problems - nice 'n' comfortable.  But I remember struggling when it was hot when I wasn't fit.

Or maybe it hasn't got hot enough yet?

I wear a cheap bucket hat for work and today I soaked it and then put it on my head.
It was great and kept my head nice and cool.
