Title: should i buy this round???
Post by: paul ette on July 06, 2013, 02:22:14 pm
would like some opinions on what to do ???

i can buy a round that brings in 6000 every 5 weeks for 6000 (cheap i know)
the round has been worked for over 10 yrs so all the crap gone.
my problem is the round is about 30 miles away, is this too far too travel for a ready made round???

also i have my own round that brings in around 400 a week that i would need to do.
to keep uyp with the work i would need to employ a helper

how many of you think its worth travelling the extra 30 miles there and 30 miles home for a solid ready made round at a good prie??

If its genuine its awesome! 30 miles is nothing-I do that most days. That round plus your existing pushes you over the VAT threshold-is that what you want?
It does seem far too cheap but if genuine-bargain!

Great price and if a genuine sale then snap it up!

Personally the description is so poor I'd be wanting to investigate by meeting the seller looking at the 'official' books and meeting a few customers before parting with a penny

Any stalling or evasive answers from the seller then I wouldn't touch it.

We have seen threads like this before its a shame there never seems to be a follow up that the round was indeed good or just a load of old tosh.

I live near Wellesbourne and if it is genuine then it would be a nice compact round, plus he has over 700 positive feedback which would point to him being a legit seller.

If i had the cash then i would be interested in this round myself but at the moment i'm looking to start a window cleaning business as an add on to my carpet cleaning.

Has someone been in contact with the seller, how do we know it is a compact round? I messaged the seller with some questions and asked for more info and haven't had a reply yet.

I'm assuming it is a compact round as Wellesbourne is a large village with some large modern estates, the whole village has around 2000 - 3000 homes at a guess.

Not wishing to rain on your parade but how is the money collected?
If you need to go back at night to collect then it will quickly become a right pain unless you can get them onto other methods.
I'd still buy it even if it meant collecting with a view to selling it on for 3 or 4x

So what was his business name? I am based a few miles away and was curious to who this was as he hadn't approached any local guys regarding selling the round that I am aware of.
