Title: multiple jobs on one invoice GEORGE

is there a way i can put say 5 jobs with different addresses on one invoice using george?as i have 5 childrens homes that will pay me from head office(same company).instead of having 5 separate invoices?

Just a suggestion but have one address the Account address for example but for the individual addresses create a separate job type ie window clean at xyz children's home and abc children's home etc. So the address comes up on the invoice.

Out of interest how did you approach the childrens homes in the first place to get 5 on your books? Was it through an existing customer or did you go in and ask??

hi mick ive been cleaning one of the childrens homes for years(they pay by BACS).then i got an email from head office asking would i price up the other 4 childrens homes they have with a list of the addresses.i actually had no idea they had any others!they certainly didnt have a window cleaner as they were filthy! ;D ;D ;D

got em all on a 2 monthly frequency now. ;) ;D ;D
