You nominate a post office to deposit cAsh and cheques. Or you can post cheques in one off their prepaid envelopes. You get free banking if you have over £1000 in current account. I have just opened account but not FSB route but I can change it over easily if I want to.
Charges are 3pound fee per month and small fee per transaction.
All is a bit basic but simple to use and get on with.
Hope this helps.

yep .. can carryout all the normal transactions online, if customers pay via bacs works great only downside is sending the cheques via post unless you have a local branch. As said you can use local post office, we find it takes slightly longer to clear. Totally free banking via FSB you even get a£25 loyalty payment  :D been with them for yrs not a problem.

Do the payments and transfers have the customers reference, and if you are paying a bill, or doing a transfer, does the co-op support the faster payment scheme and do it instantly?

Cheers Vin, I've been thinking about joining the FSB for a while - LloydsTSB have been getting steadily worse over the last year or so

Its a no brainer. Costs £100 a year for all transactions and you get £25 back every year as a bonus too. Also, they will cover all expenses if you are ever investigated.

As I say, a no brainer. Which is handy as lots of window cleaners have no brain   ;)

Hi Im with the Co-op as well through FSB for about 4 years. Absolutely no problems. Would thoroughly recommend them.

Cheers,
