Many people pose questions about your products or issues they might have had with them on this forum. You are always very prompt and professional with your replies.
If someone does have an issue with your product would you prefer; them to contact you and your team direct, or are you happy to have the issues aired on CIU?

^^^^ that's a good question, I reckon he won't mind though as he sorts out any problems asap, which in turn lets us all see that "Gardiners" will look after you if needed.

At Gardiner Pole Systems we have a team of trained sales advisers ready to take your customer service call on 01726 66400 (if you cannot get through please leave a message with your full name and telephone number and you will be called back) or to receive an email from you at sales@gardinerpolesystems.co.uk. We are more than happy for you to use one of these standard methods to achieve customer support.
I also have my own direct email address listed in my profile on every forum including CIU which can be used to contact me if needed for advice.
These are the preferred methods of customer service contact because they are the most direct and get priority treatment and resolution (if needed).
Forums can be a great way of communicating, but do not get the same priority as do clients that call or email directly. Sometimes it can be many hours before I will notice and answer a post on a Forum - such as this thread which was first posted over 4 hours ago!

How and where do you find your girls Alex, they are brilliant, i phoned with an issue on my new pole this a.m and i was having issues with my phone, the girl did everything she could to resolve my issue and also get hold of me as my phone kept cutting off.
Im down cornwall in August, do you do tours of your warehouse haha

Glad the system worked :)
We do have 'pop-ins' quite often from clients, despite not running a trade counter. It is always worth ringing before visiting though as there are times of day when everyone is so busy that even answering the door can be difficult!

Sorry to hear that this has been your experience.
If they do it again, I suspect they may be singling you out - time to shop elsewhere ;D

most of the time they forget something. My last order, 10 items, packed by 2 women,1 item missing
do they need to be 2 to prepare an order? anyway, it doesn't matter, you still have good products and lovely girls when you call them :)
