Hi,
I have tennis elbow and have now had it since October, It is now becoming a real pain as
I am finding it extremely difficult to clean leather upholstery as I cannot put the slightest pressure
down and I am now turning the work away.
Does anyone have any suggestions in dealing with the cleaning of leather with this problem.
Thanks in advance
Craig

H Craig
I would suggest treating the tennis Elbow. I had it a few years ago and went to see a sports physio who used an electrical pulse to clear the blockage, £35 well spent!!!

Bob,
Dr. said about physio but explained they will show me how to move it which I already know lol.
Did you go direct to sports physio or did you get referred by doc?

Tennis Elbow is simply Tendonitis or inflammation of the tendon. Get some Voltarol gel and anti inflammatory tabs like Ibuprofen. You can massage it yourself across the tendons.
I suffered with it for years but found great relief with what Ive mentioned. A tension strap works wonders too and takes much of the pressure off.

Take some time to deal with, but this is how I completely got rid of the problem eventually.

Hi Craig
I went to the physio myself didn't bother going to a GP. Ask a physio if he can treat it with the electrical pulses.
Or you could by a TENS machine and try it yourself.

Thanks Bob.
How long after treatment did it take before you felt like it was back to normalish again?

I felt it better straight away Craig, well worth doing it. I get a small bit of pain once and a while but nothing like it was before the treatment.

Thanks Bob will definitely be giving it a try.
