Have it converted to LPG it's cheaper and cleaner and hydramaster will do it for you.

427s have some really good heat and suck so you'll have cleaned a carpet before you have even entered the room lol

Piture added. The browning on the bottom right hand corner is only dryed on lube. This will clean off easy and be like new. There is no rust or oil, it is amazingly clean and in great used condition not far off new looking.

I thought it showed that it has been properly looked after. plus, every time I'm at the storage unit I never have a cloth or time.
