I moved from Essex to Hampshire last August, sold my old round in Essex and started up new one from scratch. Hard going but i've worked my butt off canvassing and leafleting and employed a canvessing company that got me a bit of work and in under a year I've already built up enough work to pay the bills.

Yep, there's lots of work out there, you just gotta get out and find it.
I have canvassed literally every Saturday since I moved down and quite a few evenings too.
I advertised in the local paper and local gazette aswell, cost over £120 for 3 months and only got about 2 or 3 jobs.

There is a chap who moved from england to ireland and started from scratch. I can't remember his name now but he's doing well from what i heard. And in an economy that not doing well. I think if youv'e the determination you can make it work anywhere (at least where they have regular window cleaning like the uk)

All the best
