(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1372088830_s1.jpg)Evening all, I'm after some advice on this African Slate?? floor. Pics attached hopefully.
I was going to clean with prochems natural stone cleaner but not sure on which sealer to apply. I was thinking of a colour enhancing impregnator but not sure what sheen the customer is looking for untill i speak to her later or in the morning so if anyone could advise on the options available that would be great.
Only problem areas on floor are emulsion paint dotted about and a black mark as shown in pic due to a radiator leak.
Thanks

Clean it with Aqua Mix Heavy Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner and some honing powder and seal it with Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal

Thanks Kev,
Would LTP colour intensifier be an option if the customers purse strings are a bit tight?
Theres 35m2 would 5 litres be sufficient?
Whats the best application for these tiles paint pad?
Thanks again

LTP Colour Intensifier is suitable but the end result won't be as good! The coverage rates are a lot worse as well as follows:
LTP Colour Intensifier 10M2 per litre per coat at best
Aqua Mix Enrich N Seal 35M2 per litre per coat at best
Everyone thinks Aqua Mix product is expensive until they realise they need 3.5 Times as much product to do the same coverage and invariably 2 x Coats to achieve the same aesthetic appearance so approximately 5.5 times more of a different product.

From the look of the photos, it is Quartzite not slate. Not that it matters, just so you know next time.

How did you reach that conclusion from photos? It looks like slate to me!
