Title: giving away two houses [ speke , kensington ]

got two houses , both graet reliable custys , text night before , the fact is they are to far away for me , I want them looked after as I also do there familys windows elsewhere , so someone reliable who takes there business and custys serious , one is in Kensington the other in speke

the one in speke has gone , still one in Kensington LIVERPOOL   ;D ;D
