Hi Folks,
Going to change our general use poles from the Unger Ali poles we hat used for years.
Wouldn't have considered until I got a SLX 30 for high work........it's brilliant, well designed and maintainable.
Wouldn't be in this dilemma if I hadn't got my hands on a mates Phoenix.........very light and easy to use and I can get locally.
So help me out friends with your opinions
Thanks
David

Gardiners wins hands down for me not just the products but the customer service makes the world of difference which is such a big factor for me when buying most things . Mike

Push the boat out and get a brodex or a harris ;D

it is true what the above saying, Gardiners are the best around in terms of service and 9 times out of 10 product. However far far more people on here use gardiner poles than anything else so most will be biased.. Pheonix poles from there users have all recieved really good reviews also so to buy locally is a bonus as well (however gardiners do ship quick).
So in my opinion a pole at the length you are looking for both companies would be a good option and i would go for the one i fancied more
i use a clx and an supermax and both are good but i have always wanted to try a pheonix

Neither, you should get SLX without doubt IMO. Only slightly more expensive, will last longer & are much more beneficial in every way. The extra initial outlay is insignificant compared to the extra benefit you'll get out of an SLX over a hybrid over it's usable lifetime. ;)
