Title: help please method statement and risk assessment

Hi Guys,

I have to clean a block of flats and the manager has asked me to do a method statement and risk assessment

Any ideas how to do that?

as you know i was there last week and management of blocks have told me there behind me all the way and to please keep doing contract ... apologised for the "mad womans" actions and told me not to let my insurance company pay out

The "mad woman" had cheek to try and make eye contact several times and smiled at me ... not a kinda im gonna get money out of you with a blogsy claim hahahahaha  kinda smile but a normal every day pleasent smile .... I resisted temptation to "talk" to her and just went about my window cleaning.

My insurance companies solicitors have said nothings moved yet.

could i get a copy as well ian, please as i've just quoted on an apartment block & the manager says i will need one if i get it,  i have an old one but i cant understand it
