Hi, how much an hour do you pay the employee
And what happens when it's raining do you still pay them??
-
i pay 7 per hour and we work in all weathers . about 3 times a year i quit early if soaked to the skin . i always pay the full day in these cases
generally my lot wont wear the waterproofs if its raining , nor do i
-
Thanks for that, do they have set hours or when it's done?
-
i promise them 6 hours a day as a minimum. half an hour for lunch . pay starts on arrival at the first job
you thinkin of takin on are you? iv never regretted it
-
Yes mate we are. We are working anywhere between 12/16per day at the minute and after 20 weeks its getting to much now so got to do something as we do window cleaning Nd new build cleaning as well.
-
dont delay then. be sure you tell any newbie they are on a 3 month trial period so you can get rid easy if they play you up.
before i took on workers i almost burned out tryin to catch up after a snowey winter on my own and i wished id took on erlier but i wasnt sure if i had it in me . download an employers pack on HMRC is a good start
