Title: Advertising multiple services ?

We ( the wife and me ) are mainly doing window cleaning/gutter cleaning/upvc cleaning, but want to offer pressure cleaning to our town, but are struggling with an advert !

How would you advertise several cleaning services in one advert ?

Why not use bullet points and emphasize you clean more than just windows
