Title: what pole size? (with pic)

What size pole do you think is needed for this? Its not including the coloured windows, just to the top of the main building. 50-60ft?(http://www.cleanitup.co.uk/smf/1371330039_photo (1).JPG)

I was thinking 60. Is the extreme the best for this height?
