Title: glass roof

Hi all, got a glass conservatory roof in need of cleaning, next door has had a fire and burn't a load of trees and all the ash has gone on the roof then it started to rain so the ash got wet. Anyway the roofs a right mess, tried  to clean it 2 day the White ash come off but still lots of marks left on the glass. Used pure water and washing up liquid still no good. Anybody got any ideas what will shift it. pz help

Brand new 6" scraper, on an extension pole with glass scratch waiver.

pressure washer if that doesnae work try a couple of bricks.

where theres a blame theirs a claim ... they will say it was ok untill you tried to clean it, it was only ash. LEEEAVE  IT.IMO

heres a glass roof i did today £82 including the windows.took me 2 hours altogether.a pain really and a bit underpriced at £41 an hour but customer was pleased and she paid up there and then! ;) ;D ;D

i sprayed the roof with virosol first as there was loads of sticky sap from the trees nearby on it.then just wfp with pure water.no ladders needed for access.

Probably £70 for the conservatory roof and £12 for the regular windows = £82.

£22 for the regular window cleaning and £60 for the roof! ;D ;D
