Title: Lazy Pump!

My pump's developed this strange problem, it doesn't like early mornings! (like me)  first thing in the morning it really struggles to pump water and turns very slowly, If I turn the flow right up to max it gradually speeds up, and after a few minutes it's back to normal and I can turn the flow back down.
Dunno if it's the pump or the battery at fault, but it's very strange.
