Hi Alex. I had an 'issue' with my carbon goosenecks and emailed a pic over. It was looked at by the technical director, which I assume is you. You happy to discuss on here or do you prefer to call me tomorrow? Thanks in advance.
Steve.

Hi Steve
The fact that you have posted this on a public forum, when you have my email address, means that I would presume that you want a public discussion :)
I am happy to discuss any issue publicly or privately on the phone if needed - I am however extremely busy this week due to non-secular commitments so my time is very limited during the working day.
I did briefly assess your damaged 90 degree goosenecks from your photos (I have not had the 90 degree goosenecks break in this place before so was surprised) and authorized a warranty replacement on both items. I presumed that this would have been the desired resolution for you and your company. If this is not the desired result then please send me an email outlining why this is not acceptable along with your direct phone number and I will try and schedule time for a phone conversation with you unless you would prefer communication via the forum.

Solars new website shows him using a 45 degree gooseneck and a old brodex pole and brush!!! Whats going on. IF you are a solar specialist surely your new website would show you using the correct 'angled' equipment?????????
The brush bristles are all twisted in the picture! Not doing there job IMO.
Come on Steve sort it out!!! 8)

Do not use carbon on solar, big problem waiting to happen

Hi Alex
What does none secular mean ?
Dave, it usually is taken to mean something to do with religion although that is not the exact meaning of the words.

It's not the new website mate. It's the old website that is in the process of being overhauled. Some of the pics on there are old. We no longer use brodex stuff, but gardiners. The new look website will obviously have new pics with the new kit. If you go onto the blog, you will find articles with jobs we have done. These show pics with gardiners equipment, not brodex. It's not an advert for gardiners, but just to show we do have the right kit for the job. One such article is: http://www.solar-panel-cleaners.com/blog/solar-panel-cleaning-completed-largest-solar-array-shropshire/
Regarding the IF you are a solar specialist comment, solar now makes up around 80% of our time and income. When it was window cleaning taking up 80% as it once was, I marketed myself as a window cleaner. Times have changed for me, hence my shift in my marketing strategy.
So a genuine question I ask, do you think it is fair to market myself as a solar specialist with it replacing my windows or should I still be windows? Window cleaning is about 15% of my time and income. :)
