Hi I have a customer that has had a pipe come off under his floor and some toilet and washing machine waste is lying on the concrete base of the property. I have removed all the wet stuff but now left with a very bad odour, I have put down some prochem odour nutriliser and pear drop chemical to no avail.
Any suggestions?? please

if there is bodily fluids from the toilets, you may have issues with uric scale. There is a company call inu-science that from what they told me, they makes bacteria to attack the bacteria that makes bad smell and eliminates them.
one product is called Nu-Smell Plus™. It eliminates odors caused by urine and fecal matter at the source. Nu-Smell Plus™ leaves an active bacterial flora that eliminates foul odors on a continuous basis. Leaves a pleasant smell.

We have used it in public toilet cleaning which great results.

Hi Gary
I had to clean where a cat had peed for 5 years (same corner) and it had soaked in. What you need to do is put something down (like the products suggested or similar) and let it soak , then put more and soak ( I used a whole 5L of Kill odour). You then want to seal the concrete using something like Fix Soot, couple of coats of that and the smell should then be locked in the concrete. Pain in the bum to do (couple of visits) but does have the desired effect
Regards
Tim
