Title: Thinking About Franchising my Business

Hi all,

This is my first post.

I am in 2 minds whether i should employ people to run my business or try to franchise it.
What do you guys think?
How would I even go about setting up a franchise? When I search the web it only comes up with ways to buy one not set one up.
I don't want to sell the round though.
