Title: Are A-Plan and Alexander Swan the same company?

As per title really. I've noticed a couple of the numbers on their respective websites are the same and if you phone out of hours, you get the exact same answerphone.

A-plan aren't as cheap as they used to be.
Perhaps they spend too much on advertising on here.
