Title: Solvent spill

Hi guys . I managed to drop a bottle of solutions Eco pog spotter on a carpet I rinsed it through thoroughly and got most of it out but the lady called me today and said that there is a dark spot where I spilled it  ??? Any suggestions on how to get over this ? Cheers Craig

Best coarse would be to phone Solutions

What did you rinse it with? Being a solvent, I presume, it may not have rinsed out sufficiently with HWE.
I would check with Nick and see what he says otherwise I would be rinsing with someting like Formula 90 powder which has Biosolv in it and is a solvent rinse or Citrus Premium them dry the area quickly with a fan or hairdryer.
