Title: Window cleaning getting TDS down

Hello, I have a problem with getting the TDS down at the moment I have a TDS of 14, I have fitted new pre filters and a new membrane but can not get it below 14 what am I doing wrong.

You need to add a resin DI to polish the water .  Are you South African.Boet.
