Picked up my new custom made gutter shoot to save me going up and down the ladder carrying full buckets or bags.
just stand there and shove everything down the shoot into a bag/bucket or bin below!
as this is a proto type there to test it, then this could be going out for sale for people to buy!!!!
plus have extention sections that can be added to it if needed!

;D ;D ;D
You might like to try Mr Wilts, he could make a break for freedom using one of those things. wonder what they get up to on a rain-free Friday afternoon when you're banged up, alone, with a peado, in your cell, alone, lonesome, in your cell, you --> and a peado --> and a bed. ;D

That's quite a good idea. I like it.

genius

Cheers. If test all go well that I've been asked to do on it, then might be producing these to sell
-
Simple idea, but brilliant. :)

If it doesn't work out, I could use it as a condom.

True, might have to get the extension fitted on! Lol

Very clever idea, its great to see people being innovative and making life easier and SAFER. I believe that it could be a useful device for higher work. It would definitely be safer than bringing full buckets of muck down the ladder. I want to wish you the very best of luck with it.

that's a great idea. Thanks for sharing. When and how much will these be available for?

Thanks, was getting sick carrying bucket up and down several times on bad gutters, was wasting time. So thought of the builders waste shoots they use on building sites and come up with one for the gutters.

Will be trying this out in the next few weeks and going to sort out samples of the material that it's made of to send out to anyone that's interested in the product so they can see and feel it before hand.
Costs so far haven't been confirmed yet, but guessing around £59.99 for a 5m drop. Then extension sections will be for sale too
-
I rarely clear gutters now and only if access is good all around. So I wouldn't be someone to send a sample of it to.
But if/when you get it on the market i'll buy one.
Very simple and a timesaver. I think it's well worth £60.
How much and how long are the sections?

No problem,
Not sure yet of the sizes yet, maybe 1.5m that is open for discussion with other people like yourself to give advise on what they think would be good extension sizes,

Really good idea, sometime's simple is the best, but what the hell are you doing using those light diy ladders?

Ture, those diy ladders are just my personal home ladders for playing around with like things like this. I don't use them on the job, I got trade combination ladders that I use if i need to use them.

Superb idea.
Just an idea,if it had velcro straps further down could it be attached to the ladder enabling the shoot to open wider and also be more stable when moving the ladder?

it could do,
the diameter is 7.5inchs so nothing should get stuck down it.

I reckon you could do well with this, are you able to protect the design in some way for obvious reasons?

Dont know about costs, but i would have thought £1000 approx would be a snip to get this design protected. It's the sort of product that you would see in screw-fix catalogue,an easy answer to a problem....Anyway,good luck with whatever you do.
