Not being funny,if it's for residential, don't turn up with a Sensei, it looks like a toy.

I've got one it's 'adequate' but for a new starter I'd go for more vacuum power it'll cost more but you'll leave carpets drier and have happier customers.

Look at the tech specs for the Sensei ...
One motor ... no heater
Half the vac power of an Alltec express and without the Alltecs powerfull inline heater .
It just doesn't compare if you want to do a top professional job in all situations .
The price difference is minimal compared to the difference in capability .

Its a nice little machine and i believe Ashbys offer several motor options - it also can be purchased with the hot solvent kit for dry cleaning.
Another machine to consider would be the Alltec Express... i have one and its a great machine... X2 three stage motors and a built in 3kw inline heater, small enough to lift up a flight of stairs and compact so it fits in the back of a small car.
It may only have a 20 litre capacity but its designed for the smaller jobs... large machine performance in a tiny body.
