Inside and outside has to be about £150/£200
-
One of my customers has a similar one - I tried a test panel and the brush scratched the plastic windows (flocked). I turned the job down.
-
It can be done and con be done in a day. After doing that I wouldn't go to another job, so I'd charge a days money.

2 days just for the outside! :o :o :o I have questions!
1. Are you over 90?
2. What chemical are you using? It isn't powerful enough.
3. Why hot? Cold will do it.
4. We're you joking?
:)

I`d be taking this on as heavily oxidised pvc,the grey staining along the bottom of the frame in pic 3,the last one, isn`t going to shift with cold.If neccesary i`d even open a bottle of pvc solvent cleaner to shift some of the staining on the verticals if its not scrubbing off with hot and the strong alkaline cleaner left to dwell,(Master Cleaner from Concept Chemicals which is probably akin to G101 if not better).
If it had got that mucky in 3-6 months then it would be an easy enough clean but to me it looks like 6 years worth, possibly more.

Same here. For the roof I charged £120.
The fella who owned the place erected (thats 'put up' for Geoffrey ;D ) some low level scaffold all around the structure, ended up taking about two hours.

ELBOW GREASE!,you`d still be scrubbing now using cold the con roof i did in 2 hours yesterday. If you going to come a cropper on the price for a job you don`t want it to be one this size.If this is as bad as it looks to me i`d earn every penny of £415.00 and they`d be delighted.

minging ; ;D

Hi
Thanks for all the advice.
Defo an all day job. I'll call the customer and see what they say.
Thanks again

I would consider using a bleach and washing up liquid mix on a job like that.
With all the white plastic I reckon it would eat all the grime off of it.
Could be worth trying a test spot and see how it performs.
-
As andym said. Bleach will work well on the outside
Personally I would agree an hourly rate and do a test patch for them to ok.
When they are happy with the result you will have a rough idea of how long the rest of the job will take so can price accordingly

£5
