Any advice on this particular issue bloomin thing will not spray water on lance or on upholstery tool despite motor and pump coming on, it will enable water to be sucked up, I've checked all connectors, cleaned heads, and still will not spray water out,
Could the pump fail to dispense water, yet still run ?
Any help much appreciated, as this has us baffled here. Is it a common problem, why do machines always fail when you have stacks of work on
Thanks Darren

May be an airlock. Put either your handtool or a male quick connect directly into the outlet quick connect. If using handtool kkep trigger pressed and run pump. If its an airlock any air will be discharged. Putting your solution hose on won't do this as the air just compresses inside the hose.

Also check the filter in the clean tank as this may be blocked.

Last time this happened to me, the outlet quick connect was blocked.

Check part 15 on page 19 of manual. These can stick stopping flow of water to quick connect outlet.

My engineer just reminded me there is a check valve in this area too that can fail stopping flow.
