Title: Winning an unfair dismissal tribunal in court as an employer.....

..........Is the best feeling ever, woooo hoooooo!!!!!

There is still hope in being an employer, until today I thought that all rights were heavily leaning towards the employee and wondered whether or not it was all worthwhile....

After today I've still got faith in the system.

I shouldn't say really,

I think I'll leave it until friday when I've had a couple and then let loose then. Lol.
