I guess This is mainly for the guys out there who are operating 2 or more vans, but all opinions are welcome..
Do you guys find it's more beneficial to have 1 man in 1 van WFP or 2 man 1 van when working in general? compact and out of town accounts??
Be interesting to here everyone's views..

2men 1 van for me

4 men in a 1984 austin metro

a second man in a van often only adds around 50% to the turnover figure I find so you need to look at your prices and what you are paying to see if its worth it.

one man one van for me
If you put a second man in the van...they will not do double the work
but not easy finding someone but when you do look after them

Some good mixed answers there guys :)

This is my thinking matt... But interesting to hear all views

we run 2 men 2 vans, depends on how compact your round is, late into the game so I have a spread out round and this works well for me, if you have solid pockets of compact work then 2 men 1 van could work
