Title: Estate Agent don't want to pay

I have done some cleanings for estate agents ages ago, and still haven't receive the payment for job undergone. They were all happy with the results and had no complaints. I keep contacting woman who I dealt with and she keeps saying that it will be paid, but her lies have no limits.

I am getting little bit frustrated and I would like to know if there is anything I can do about it. What would you guys advice? What should be my next step?

Fit a big Security Hasp & Staple with a huge indestructible padlock on her office door and offer her the keys on payment of your outstanding invoice and payment for the Hasp, Staple and Padlock and fitting charges!

Post by: seldaw on May 28, 2013, 08:19:30 pm: Hi I had the same thing with a leading estate agent cant say the name but part of the name is hidden in (Manchester) lol I called the head office and spoke to the top . gave them a two day dead line for court action, I charged them 20 for each email I sent . Next day I was paid in full including the charges I had added.

Post by: Timmy Boy on May 29, 2013, 09:52:37 am: in exactly the same boat, waiting since beginning of 2012!! Have given them 3 days to sort or going to start a county court judgement (dont do it through a solicitor, do it yourself online, very easy and gets people to pay!)
