Title: Problem with gardiners.
Post by: Lee GLS on May 26, 2013, 03:36:51 pm
I placed and order a couple of weeks ago for two slx 22, they turned up ok, but I went to use the free pen that came with it today and it does not work properly, very annoying poor service indeed, a man needs his pen to write properly  ;D

Have you installed the new super lite ultra blue refill to the pen . Its the prototype one that came out 1 week ago. If not send me 2oo quid and I will install via intranet just down load the part.

I really feel for you mate 😪😪
If you send me one of the poles I will send you a pen that works.
You never know this may help to alleviate some of the pain and injustice you are obviously feeling 😜

I had exactly the same when I ordered a pump from Gardiners. The free pen they sent worked for about 10 words and hasn't worked since.

Terrible service.  ;D

The sad thing is, I've got a draw full of gardiner pens, I really need to stop buying stuff  ;D

I a little disappointed Alex hasn't responded to this, I thought he built his business of great customer service.

I wonder if you get a free pen with a brodex pole, might go down that route next time  :o

You'd be better writing to him.

On a serious note, the pen that Gardiners send out are not for purpose !         I have tried writing with each pen they sent out as a free gift, and on each occasion I have been unable to write a full sentence.

Bad customer service . . . shame on you Gardiners.

I'm thinking of complaining to the trading standards people about my pen.

My pen disappeared! It was probably stolen by a rival window cleaner. I only had it for a couple of days, I had to buy a new pen  >:(

Hopefully it is poor quality and has run out leaving the rival window cleaning company that stole it pen-less.

Stole your pen just to say he is a gardeners user. Shocking!

To be fair as a carpet cleaner I didn't order anything...

a good company would have known that I wanted one and sent one anyway..  ::)roll ::)roll

I shall never use Gardiners again.....  :P

I have loads of pens from Gardiners, none of them will reach first floor window without the use of ladders. WHY did I not receive my FREE ladders?
